Because of the very nature of our work, patients, doctors and their staff often meet each other at times of great stress and there may be times when you feel unhappy with the service you have received. 

We are always happy to receive comments or suggestions on how we might improve our service; please ask to see our Practice Manager, Vicky Matson.  We also have a practice procedure in line with the NHS policy for dealing with patients’ complaints.
